Lupita Foundation

Lupita Inspires Foundation, Inc. is a separate nonprofit corporation in North Carolina and is currently in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status. It operates alongside Lupita Inspires, LLC to carry out our charitable mission.

Mission

The Lupita Foundation uplifts children, families, and communities through creativity, education, and healing.
We nurture dreams through Lupita book reading experiences, Family Workshops, and Dream Big workshops, creating safe and empowering spaces where people can learn, grow, and imagine brighter futures. Beyond our programs, the Lupita Foundation extends care to individual families through social media campaigns, fundraising efforts, and resource connections—meeting families where they are and helping them move toward stability, resilience, and hope.

Through storytelling, community programs, and cultural connection, the Lupita Foundation envisions vibrant communities where imagination and resilience open doors to opportunity, healing, and joy.

Angelo's Healing Journey

The Spirit of Lupita
The spirit of Lupita is to support families and individuals wherever they may need it most. We understand how life can change in an instant. While we are still in the process of establishing our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, we are committed to shining a light on issues families are facing and bringing awareness to the support they need.

Meet Angelo Johnson
Joe Angelo Johnson is a devoted husband, loving father, and valued community member whose life has been put on pause by kidney disease. The man who once spent weekends fishing with his kids, working on cars, and planning family adventures now faces his biggest challenge yet.

He urgently needs a live kidney donor to continue being here for his wife, children, and the moments still ahead.
